FOTDR型振動光纜專為瑞利相干型系統研制的振動傳感 光纜，針對此類型的系統作了優化處理。光纜由PBT充油束管、加強鋼絲以及外護套組成。振動光纖置到PBT松套管內，周圍是油膏填充。光纜敏感性適中，防水性好，可于掛網、嵌入、埋地等場合。
FOTDR type vibration sensor cable is designed for Rayleigh interferometer vibration system. The cable consists of PBT oil-filled loose tube, reinforced stranded steel wires and PE outer sheath. The vibration fiber is placed into the PBT loose tube, and the surrounding is filled with oil. Cable is good vibration sensitive, good water resistance, and it is widely used in several fields.
